The rules and conditions governing your use of the Yuni platform.
By creating an account or using the Yuni platform ("Service") at mydomain.com or any associated app URL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@mydomain.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Connecting your Etsy shop authorizes Yuni to access your shop and listing data through Etsy's official API using read-only permissions. Specifically:
You may revoke Yuni's access at any time from your Etsy account settings or from your Yuni dashboard. Revoking access will disconnect your shop and pause tracking; your account and historical reports will remain accessible.
Your use of Etsy's platform remains subject to Etsy's Terms of Use. We are not responsible for any actions Etsy takes regarding your seller account.
You agree to use Yuni only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Free trial. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you will need to subscribe to continue using the Service.
Subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and are shown in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry it and notify you by email. If the issue is not resolved within 7 days, your account may be downgraded or suspended.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle after the notice period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused periods of a paid subscription, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@mydomain.com within 14 days and we will review your request.
Accounts cancelled during a free trial period are not charged anything.
Yuni's property. The Service, including its code, design, algorithms, models, and brand, is owned by Yuni and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your data. You retain ownership of your Etsy listing data. By using the Service, you grant Yuni a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Feedback. If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve our products without any obligation to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or reports will be accurate, complete, or up to date. Etsy search results can vary by location, device, and time; our snapshots represent observed results at specific moments and may not reflect current search rankings.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yuni and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost sales, or data loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) $50 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
By you. You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from settings, or by emailing hello@mydomain.com.
By us. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your continued use poses a risk to other users or to the Service. We may also terminate the Service entirely with 30 days' notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at hello@mydomain.com. We will try to resolve any disagreement within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Yuni operates, as applicable under local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.
